Library Information

Since its establishment in, the Santosh Law College Library has served as the “heart of the campus.” Aligned with the vision and objectives of its parent institution, the library has evolved into one of the most well-equipped and esteemed law libraries.

As one of the most dynamic spaces on campus, the library fosters learning and knowledge enhancement. From its inception, it has systematically built an extensive collection of books and journals. Its rich repository includes textbooks, reference books, legal journals, magazines, and general reading materials. Additionally, the library subscribes to e-journal packages in law and social sciences from renowned international publishers to support and encourage research activities.

The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) allows users to search the book database by title, author, and publisher. The library also organizes various extension services, such as book exhibitions and orientation programs for new users.

The collection features an array of reference books, textbooks, research projects, theses, and reports. The library subscribes to prominent legal resources, including AIR, LLC, Criminal Law Journals, Company Law Journals, and the Indian Bar Review. It also provides access to five daily newspapers in both Marathi and English, covering state and national news.

The library is managed by a qualified librarian, while the Library Advisory Committee oversees its administration, ensuring smooth operations and continuous development.
